
HOW WE WORK

grIP’s Managing Director, Laura Gutierrez, onboards and serves as a liaison for client requests. She also evaluates and introduces clients to the relevant grIP specialists.

Most of our specialists offer clients substantial and tailored initial guidance at no charge. After that, if a client seeks a long-term relationship with a grIP team member, clients and the grIP team member usually agree on an advisory board position with a small equity grant as compensation. Our advisors generally dedicate several hours per month supporting each of their grIP clients.

Our clients have access to industry leading specialists who might otherwise be inaccessible to emerging companies and small investors due to cash constraints.

Monetary compensation is also an option for some of our team members. In these cases, we offer preferential rates and service packages.
Other than grIP attorneys, grIP team members are fully independent from grIP Law PLLC, are not partners, employees, or agents of grIP Law PLLC and participate in grIP in their individual capacities. Attorney-client privilege may be limited to grIP Law PLLC attorneys and may not extend to other grIP team members.
